[Notice Regarding Important Guidelines]

Please ensure that any nighttime dining is done near the Ginrei Ski House to avoid attracting bears.

Do not venture deep into the forest after dark.

Bringing food and beverages into the campsite is strictly prohibited. Please take responsibility for managing your personal belongings.

Avoid damaging natural plants around the venue, parking on the street, or making loud noises at night, as these actions disturb nearby residents.

Littering cigarette butts is prohibited. Please smoke only in designated areas or use a portable ashtray. Any unauthorized entry will be reported to the police, regardless of the reason.

Please separate your trash and either take it home with you or dispose of it properly at the waste station following staff instructions. Leaving chairs or reserving spots on the floor is not allowed as it inconveniences other guests.

The organizers, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, theft, illnesses, or injuries.

Please take care of your health by dressing appropriately for sudden weather changes and staying hydrated.

When drinking alcohol, please be careful not to become excessively intoxicated. Severely intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave.

Anyone who does not follow the instructions of the staff or who behaves in a manner that disturbs other attendees, either inside or outside the venue, will be forcibly removed.

Refunds will not be issued for tickets in such cases. Please be aware that filming will take place during the event, and attendees may be captured in the footage.

We will make every effort to avoid causing inconvenience during filming.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining good manners and helping us create a better festival together.
